We offer unlimited communication via email, text, phone calls, Zoom calls, and Google Meets. Your coach is always available to provide guidance and support throughout your training journey.

 

4. What kind of support do you provide for race preparation?

We provide comprehensive support for race preparation, including season planning, race selection, and race day strategy. We also offer guidance on daily nutrition and race day fueling to help you perform at your best.

 

5. Do you offer women-specific coaching?

Yes, we specialize in women-specific coaching, including training with the menstrual cycle and addressing the unique needs of perimenopausal and menopausal athletes. Our training plans are designed to maximize athletic gains while keeping hormones balanced and promoting overall well-being.

 

6. What is your approach to training?

We take a whole-person approach to training, paying attention to factors such as recovery, sleep, diet, and supplementation recommendations. We believe optimal performance is achieved through a combination of smart training, proper nutrition, and holistic wellness practices.

 

7. Do you offer strength training options for athletes?

8. Do you coach run-only athletes, not just triathletes?

Yes, we welcome athletes of all disciplines, including those who focus solely on running. Our coaching services are designed to help runners achieve their goals, whether it’s completing a marathon, improving speed and endurance, or simply enjoying the sport of running.

 

9. Is there a commitment required for your coaching programs?

No, there is no long-term commitment required. Athletes can continue with our services as long as they see value and benefit from working with us.

 

10. How do you track progress and evaluate performance?

We use various methods to track progress and evaluate performance, including regular feedback from athletes, analysis of training data, performance metrics, and race results. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to ensure continued improvement and success.

 

11. Do I need fancy equipment for training?

No, you don’t need fancy equipment to start training with us. Basic gear such as a bike, helmet, swimsuit, goggles, and a fitness watch for triathletes, or a good pair of running shoes and a fitness watch for runners, are sufficient. Additional equipment can be incorporated if available.

 

12. Do you sell training plans?

No, we do not sell generic training plans. Our coaching philosophy revolves around personalized coaching and continuously adjusting training based on individual data and feedback. For those not ready to commit to coaching, we offer a beginner-level RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) plan for Sprint Triathlon.

 

13. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

14. How is the service delivered?

We use the TrainingPeaks platform to deliver training programs. This platform provides a user-friendly interface for accessing your personalized training regimen, tracking progress, and communicating with your coach.

 

15. Can I join other training groups such as Masters Swim or Track Workouts?

Yes, we support working with other professionals and maintaining existing training relationships. We can adjust your training plan to integrate with Masters Swim classes or track workout groups as needed.

 

16. Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer family discounts, and prepayment discounts of 5%, 8%, and 10% for 3, 6, and 12 months respectively. Additionally, we offer a free month of coaching for current clients who refer someone who joins our program. We also have partnerships with companies like Infinit Nutrition, Thorne Supplements, Orca Wetsuits, Dynamic Triathlete Programs and more to provide added value.
