One-on-One Triathlon Coaching
Our one-on-one coaching programs are designed to provide athletes with personalized guidance and support throughout their training journey. Whether you’re a first-timer or an elite competitor, we will work closely with you to develop a training plan that suits your abilities, goals, and schedule. With constant adjustments based on feedback and training data, our coaching approach ensures progress and helps to prevent injury, leading to improved performance on race day. Training programs are delivered via TrainingPeaks platform. Nutrition consults and swim analysis are included for On-on-One athletes. Price: $250 per month.

Run-Only Coaching
For runners seeking individualized support, we offer coaching services specifically tailored to running goals. Whether you’re training for a marathon, improving speed and endurance, or simply looking to enjoy the sport of running, our personalized coaching plans will help you reach your full potential as a runner. Training programs are delivered via TrainingPeaks platform. Price: $125 per month.

Sports Nutrition Consultations
Nutrition plays a crucial role in athletic performance and overall health. Our sports nutrition consultations provide personalized guidance and recommendations to support your training and racing goals. From daily nutrition planning to race day fueling strategies, we’ll help you develop a nutrition plan that matches your energy demands, optimizes performance, promotes recovery, and enhances overall well-being. Price: $200 initial consultation with one week of daily log reviews, $75 follow-up consultations.

Video Swim Analysis
Our video swim analysis service offers a detailed assessment of your swimming technique, providing valuable feedback and insights to help you improve your efficiency and performance in the water. Price: $125.

One-on-One Swim Lessons
Improve your swimming technique with our one-on-one swim lessons. Coach Kat will work with you to refine your skills and build confidence in the water. Lessons are available as individual sessions or as a package of 5 lessons for a discounted rate. Price: $50 per 30-minute lesson or $200 for a package of 5 lessons.

Video Recording and Editing
Capture your swim session with our video recording and editing service. We’ll help you create professional-quality videos to share with your coach, friends and family, or document your athletic journey and progress. Price: $50.

Supplements Review and Recommendations
Optimize your nutrition and supplementation with our supplements review and recommendations service. We’ll assess your current regimen and provide personalized recommendations to support your training goals and overall health. Price: $100 up to 10 supplements review.

Race Day Fueling Plans
Our race day fueling plans are customized to your specific event and needs, ensuring that you have the energy and nutrients required to perform at your best on race day. Plans start at $100 and are tailored to your individual goals and preferences.

I couldn’t have done it without Coach Kat! For 3 years and 2 marathons I tried to YouTube and Google my way to PR’s. Instead I got injured and lost 3 minutes from one marathon to the next. After one training cycle with Coach Kat I PR’d by 10 minute’s and beat last year’s marathon by 12 minutes! Coach Kat is not an internet coach. She’s by your side through the whole journey.
