Daily Nutrition Analysis


Daily Nutrition Analysis by a Certified Sports Nutritionist to ensure athletes are meeting their daily training energy requirements. One week of food log and corresponding training log will need to be supplied by a client for analysis.



Energy needs will be calculated for each day of the week of a sample training calendar and recommendations will be provided in a report that the client will receive along with a 30-minute one-on-one Zoom consultation. As a bonus, if an athlete is taking any supplements, those supplements will be screened for any recalls or issues. If problems are found, alternative supplements recommendations will be provided to an athlete.
